She wrote on her Facebook page that she would be contesting for a seat in the House of Representatives to represent Abeokuta South Federal Constituency, Ogun State under the platform of newly-formed Social Democratic Party (SDP).
Speaking about the chances of her party which is relatively new, she said: “We are coming out on top. Following the basic norms has taken us nowhere”.
SDP is led by, former Ogun State governor, Aremo Olusegun Osoba, who recently dumped the All Progressives Congress (APC) after falling out with the current governor, Ibikunle Amosun.
