About 40 people are said to have been killed in another bomb blast
which occurred Thursday morning at a bus station near a busy junction in Yola,
Adamawa state capital.
Witnesses and security sources said five soldiers were among
the dead.
Reuters quotes a witness,
Abubarkar Adamu, a mechanic who narrowly escaped as saying that
...the blast set several buses on fire at the Marabi-Mubi junction, in a part of the country plagued by violence linked to the Boko Haram Islamist insurgency.
