TMZ reports that the guy is confiding in friends that he is badly hurt by the break-up of the 12-year-old relationship. He has reportedly talked openly about suicide and have been isolatijg himself more, smoking weed, day and night.
He has however vowed not to contact Nicki because she is now hooked with Meek Mill, whom he accuses of being responsible for the split after claiming he was cheating on her.
But Nicki too is emotional about the break-up. Lyrics of some of her songs in her latest album give her away – songs like “Bed of Lies” and “All Things Go”.
Enstarz.com reports that in a recent interview with Angie Martinez, Nicki broke down in tears while answering questions regarding her emotional lyrics and the break-up.
She was quoted as saying:
"It's not just a relationship or a breakup, that was like a humongous part of my life... It's something I'm dealing with publicly. If I were not putting out an album I wouldn't talk about it...it's not easy".Safaree, it was learnt, is upset that Nicki revealed so much in her songs and have attemptd to blackmail her with the release of a particular video tape! Nicki definitely does not want that tape out.
