In Baghdad, ISIS claimed responsibility for two bombings on Shi'ite pilgrims that left 23 people dead while Nigeria’s Boko Haram bombed a similar Shiite possession in Potiskum, Yobe state, leaving many dead.
DailyMail also reports that another five more Shi'ite pilgrims were killed by an explosion in the Nahrawan suburb of Iraq.
The terrorists call the festival an infidel event.
