A statement signed by Mr Ibrahim Farinloye, the Public Relations Officer of National Emergency Management Agency, in Lagos states that the fire which started about midnight, destroying the top floor of block 56 at Jakande Estate where the two teenagers and infant lived.
The statement reads: “Two teenagers and an infant of the same parent were burnt to death in a fire incident that started around 12:30 a.m on Wednesday.
“The fire service came to the rescue as soon as the incident was reported to the organization”.
The names of the deceased were yet unknown and according to the statement, an investigation had been launched into the cause of the fire.
