OAU releases post UTME results, 8 score above 300

The Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, conducted its post UTME screening yesterday, August 2, 2014 and released results less than four hours later.

According to the Public Relations Officer of the University, Mr. Abiodun Olarewaju, 14, 648 candidates sat for the exam and only 7,779 scored 200 and above.

Eight candidates scored above 300 and interestingly, seven of them applied to study Law. They are: Akinade, Oladayo Felicia (360 ); Adeagbo, Folakemi Olanike (352); Koye-Ladele Mofehintoluwa (352); Iloabuchi, Emerie Collins (348 ) ; Ayodele, Timothy Oluwaseun (348), Odelami, Akintomiwa Akinleye (348); Ajayi, John Jesuferanmi (348) and Ojo, Isaiah Olaonipekun (348 ). Ojo applied to study English Education.

Candidates have been enjoined to check their scores on the university’s website.

    In the first drop-down options “select a task”, this will be “Check Post UME result and admission status”
    Enter your UTME Number in the second space provided
    Finally, just click on the submit button to view the result online.
