Lukman, who was also a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, died in Vienna, Austria, today, Monday, 21, 2014 at the age of 76. He was reported to have been ill for a while before his death.
Family sources disclosed that plans were being made to fly his body back to Nigeria for burial any moment from now.
He quit public service in 2010.
