Couple falls from a cliff while trying to take selfie

A Polish couple has died in Portugal after falling hundreds of feet from a cliff while trying to take a selfie together.

According to a Polish Radio, the couple fell from the rocky edge of a cliff in Cabo da Raca, Portugal, on Saturday.

The radio station also said that their young children aged 5 and 6, who were with them and witnessed the accident, are currently under psychiatric care.

A Spanish couple that was also at the location called emergency crews and rescuers tried to recover the bodies using a helicopter, but had to give up because of the rising tide. The bodies were recovered on Monday.
