While giving evidence in the case where he was accused of assaulting a photographer, Daniel Ramos, at LAX airport last year, the rapper had told paparazzo's lawyer Nate Goldberg who was questioning him: "I'm the smartest celebrity you've ever f*****g dealt with. I'm not Britney Spears."
Spears reportedly attacked Mr Ramos with an umbrella in 2007.
According to the deposition transcript, West had also said:"I'm in the business of trying to make dope s**t for the world. You're in the business of representing scums and trying to make as much money as long as there's this lapse in the law."
West, who is known for his outspoken comments, also compared celebrities fighting for privacy to the campaign for black civil rights in the 1960s, in the documents acquired by TMZ.
He said: "We, as group of minorities here in LA, as celebrities, have to band together to influence guys like this - guys trying to take the picture, guys trying to get the big win, guys trying to get the cheque."
During the hearing Mr Goldberg questioned West about his song Flashing Lights, which is a rant about the paparazzi, and quoted from the song: "Till I get flashed by the paparazzi, damn these n**g**rs got me."
But angry West had retorted: "You can't just say the n-word around me. It offends me because you're a white person saying n*g**r,"

And when Mr Goldberg asked him where he lives, he replied: "Earth."
West was sentenced to two years probation, 250 hours of community service and anger management sessions after pleading no contest to the battery charge.
He still faces a civil case brought by Mr Ramos, who says he is suffering emotionally and physically, according to the Los Angeles Times.
