A candle night service was held Thursday evening for late gospel singer, Kefee, at the Oba Akenzua Cultural Centre, Benin city, the Edo State capital..
Fans, colleagues, relatives all dressed in black, gathered to listen to sermons, songs and speeches rendered in the honour of the late singer, by artistes which included Maleke, Benjamin Okorodion, Ifeoma Ikusemoro, Godfather, Asemota and others.
Although her husband, Teddy Don Momoh who last week flew back from the US where he was based, absent at the service, a number of artistes gracd the occasion. Some of them, Sammie Okposo, Nikki Laoye, DJ Gosporella, and comedienne Princess.
The Branama queen who died on Friday, June 13, 2014 after 15 days in comma, will be buried in her hometown, Sapele, Delta State today, Friday, July 11, 2014.
