Telvida International Systems Limited is a Lagos based modern telecommunications outfit based which specializes in Unified Communications installation and support needs an NYSC corps member to fill the position of Graduate Sales Support officer.


Responsibilities include:
•    Providing presales and post sales support through requirement gathering, proposal development and delivery of technical presentations.
•    Participating in regular meetings and conference calls with clients to qualify opportunities and recommend technical solutions.
•    Creating a well-qualified pipeline of prospective business opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers.
•    Researching, sourcing, making initial contact (cold calling, telephone prospecting, etc), with potential clients to accurately qualify prospects and establishing their business needs.
•    Identifying new business and potential opportunities, accurately qualifying prospects and establishing their business needs.
•    Effectively answering any question regarding the proposed solution; this may include questions about installation and configuration.
•    Developing business initiatives and helping to build relationships with local customers and partners.
•    Preparing and presenting proposals and sign-up of new accounts.
•    Providing support to Sales Engineer.
•    Managing all activities through the Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM), ensuring consistency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
•    A degree in computer science, Information systems or a related technical discipline.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Candidate must be flexible and able to travel.
•    Ability to use the computer.
•    In-depth knowledge and understanding of networking technologies, design principles and practical application.
•    Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, CRM and other related software.
•    Familiarity with IP Convergence including the design and implementation of IP telephony(IPT)/Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions is an added advantage.
•    Cisco certifications such as CCNA and/or CCDA will be an added advantage.
•    Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team.
•    Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
•    Ability to collect and analyze data, draws conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.
•    Candidate must be result-oriented.

Duration is one year but candidates may be offered a full-time position based on performance and skills acquired.
