Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi, has been ranked as the best national team coach in Africa. That is according to the latest ranking released by a leading coaching statistics agency, Football Coach World Ranking.
Despite his unimpressive start to the 2015 AFCON qualifiers, Keshi ranked 14th in the world while Ghana’s coach, Kwesi Appiah was ranked 32nd, making him the second best coach in Africa after the Big Boss.
The ranking of the top 50 coaches is dominated by managers who coached at the World Cup. Spain’s Coach, Vincente Del Bosque ranked second despite his side’s woeful crash out of Brazil 2014 at the group stage.
World Cup-winning coach, Joachim Low of Germany, topped the ranking while Oscar Tabarez of Uruguay came third.
