Michael Owen says luxury cars are just like girls

Former England international, Michael Owen recently starred in a TV advertisement for a local car dealership. He made some honest statements about how he feels about cars, comparing women to luxury cars.

Owen said: 

 “You've got to go for looks to start with,' said the star in the clip.

“Then you look inside. It's probably similar to girls isn't it?

The ad shows the former Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester United player, standing in the middle of the garage and surveying the cars around him, and also saying: 

“I've owned quite a variety of cars over the years. My first car being a Rover coupe, [I then] progressed to a BMW, Aston Martin, Ferrari and Range Rovers. It's great to come back home so to speak.

When not promoting car dealerships, Owen works as a soccer pundit.
