Siasia invites UAE U-17 World Cup winners to U-23 camp…Iheanacho, others…

Manchester City striker, Kelechi Iheanacho and 46 other foreign based players have been invited to camp by Head coach of the national U-23 team, Dream Team VI, Samson Siasia.

The bulk of the new invitees are former members of the team that won the FIFA U-17 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) last year. They include Isaac Success, Taiwo Awoniyi, Musa Yahaya, amongst others.

They are expected to hit the FIFA Goal Project camp of the team as from Saturday, December 6.

Media officer of U-23 team, Timi Ebikagboro said the NFF would not be responsible for the flight tickets of the invited players, but would refund those selected after the screening exercise.
