Jubilation in Beverly Hills as “troublesome” Justin Bieber moves out

Justin Bieber has finally moved out of Beverly Hills and the residents he left behind can not be happier. Yes, Bieber has terrorized the neighbourhood in he past and they can not wait to relish the post-Bieber era. 

TMZ reports that Bieber officially cleared out Monday and that “an email had circulated among tenants, suggesting a party when the day came that Justin was a memory ... so Saturday night should be crazy at the condo”.
