Super Eagles interim manager, Shuaibu Amodu, has drawn up a 66-man list of players to vie for places in the team that will prosecute Nigeria’s remaining two matches in the 2015 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against South Africa and Congo.

Villareal of Spain striker, Ikechukwu Uche who had been shut out of the team by former coach, Stephen Keshi is one of the players invited by Amodu. A number of home based players also made the list.

Meanwhile, the brand–new Akwa Ibom International Stadium, Uyo, has been proposed to host the match against South Africa on November 19.

The Confederation of African Football on Tuesday stated that it would send officials to inspect the facilities in the 30,000 capacity stadium.
